Is 350z a good car or not ?

i am about to buy a 350z coup 2003 with about 100000 miles on it. does this car have any common problems ? is it a good car ? will it serve me at least couple years without problems ? and i am about 6.2 tall will i fit in it easily ?? i am 17 and have 5 years driving experience
