What's a REALLY good scary movie to watch by myself?

I'm at home by myself and I just finished watching the grudge and it wasn't as scary as I thought it was going to be, certain parts made me jump, but I kinda just smirked the whole way through. I guess I just don't find Japanese stuff scary. What's a scary movie that I should watch by myself?
