Why the name of the BLACK racist Amin Dada, is never mentioned next to the one of Hitler?

compared to Hitler, Amin was a lightweight. Amin didn't invade other countries, he just ran Uganda as a despot dictator. Besides, in the US, there are a lot of decedents of the people who were persecuted by the nazis, not so for the descendants of Amin's victims.
