Title of a movie about a Coup d'�tat?

well all i can remember is that the actors all speak fluent english and i think it was a Coup d'�tat and i also think that maybe maybe it was a 1980s film becase the soldiers were using m16 rifles and wearing green fatigues. thats all i can remember and its a colored film and not in black and white.
