Is this normal for a professor to say?

I'm always wearing skirts and heels to my classes because I love fashion and enjoy looking nice with makeup on etc. And some of my shirts tend to be little .. So my professors go "you have to stop driving us professors crazy, dressing the way you do" is this normal for a professor to say ?.. i forgot to add he said "they didnt make them like this in my days" .. & i just gave him a little smirk, said thats too bad& walked away.. what else was i suppose to say
