What is wrong with my hen?

I have a hen who is about 2 1/2 years old. Im not sure what is going on with her she has a hard time walking around, she will walk for a little bit and then she has to sit down. She doesnt go to far away from the coup. She is eating and drinking. She has been this way since last spring. Anyone have any answers?
