Why do I want my sister to punch me in the face when were in a argument?

My sister is a real betch and she gets me so mad sometimes because she knows how to push my buttons. This morning, she told me to get up for school but I told her I'm not going because it's the last day of school and there isn't any point. She then starts going off about a parent teacher conference and I told her that my school only had 1 which was 5 months ago and she tells me that I'm lying. I got irritated because she accused me of lying so I told her you want to call my school and find out? She had a smirk on her face the whole time. She always does this mostly in the morning so I told her why she has to try and irritate me on purpose and why she's in a bad mood. She then starts going off on how shes in a good mood, with a smirk on her face. I got really really mad so I punched the wall a few times and made 3 holes in it, she started screaming "You wanna punch me?" and I just wanted her to punch me in the face for some reason. And it wasn't because I wanted her to give me a reason to hit her back, I would never hit my sister.
