How many people in China have the mental strength to resist the concerted propaganda and brainwashing by CCP?

An exact number in answer to your question is difficult to come up with because the PRC government would never allow any presentation of the extent to which people are dissatisfied with the CCP way of doing things. Suffice to say, a substantial number of those who have resisted "harmonization" have been imprisoned/executed for doing so.
