Will I lose weight by eating only this? [Nutritional info included]?
If you restrict your diet to one thing and restrict your calories you will lose weight... Period. The concept of losing weight is very simple, burn more calories than you consume and when consuming only about 400 calories would def do the trick without even exercising. However you won't make much productive progress in trying to live a healthier lifestyle or keep the weight off. Using a method like this will also probably make you gain all of the weight that you lose back PLUS much more. There's better ways to lose weight & start living healthier.
